Documents is the library for your compliance paperwork: medical direction letters, service contracts, training rosters, policies, permits — anything you would otherwise dig for during an audit.

Uploading#

  1. Choose Add document, pick the file (PDF, image, Word, Excel, or text — up to 20 MB), and give it a clear title.
  2. Pick a category and add a description.
  3. Set an expiration date if the document has one — this is the feature that pays rent: expiring documents surface on the dashboard, the calendar, and as alerts.
  4. Optionally link it to a location or a specific piece of equipment so it shows up in context.

Access#

  • Every viewer can download — downloads use private, time-limited links.
  • Adding, editing, and deleting are manager actions.
  • Search by title; filter by category and by expiry state (expiring soon / expired).

Tip: Give the medical direction letter and your AED program policy expiration dates even if informal — a yearly nudge to re-review beats discovering staleness during an audit.
